Проверил и оказалось что да.

Спустя часа мне написал саппорт OVH:

Yes. Just exmaple I take server: 37.187.121.222 / 2001:41d0:a:f2de::1

If I ping the server from another server through ping6, it does not ping6:
Results:
PING 2001:41d0:a:f2de::1(2001:41d0:a:f2de::1) 56 data bytes

If I ping6 from the server, ipv6 does not work:

Yes. I do this.
